Here's the truth based on my experience. Cheapest is Unionbank Eon because they only charge annual fee of 350 plus 10 pesos per withdrawal on any Unionbank ATM. Other banks like Landbank, BPI, BDO charges incoming deposit fee of
100 to 150 meaning every time you wire funds from Paypal to those banks your money will be deducted with 100 or 150. Security Bank charges 400 for incoming deposit fee based on my brother's experience. For Unionbank Eon, there's no incoming deposit fee since they have special agreement with Paypal. So if you withdraw money from Paypal twice a month. You will get charge at least 200 a month and that's Php2,400 annually. But for Unionbank, if you withdraw money from you atm card twice a month you wil only be charge 240 annually plus 350 annual fee totalling only to 590. You save Php1,810 with Unionbank annually.
